How to Download ZIP File from Instagram

Go to your profile, tap the menu (☰), and select Account Center.

From the menu, select Accounts Center.

Under Account Settings, tap Your Information and Permissions.

click Export your information.

click Create Export button.

Set Export to Device to save the ZIP file directly to your phone or computer..

Profile: Choose the Instagram profile you want to export data from.

Clear all options and select Followers and Following only. and click on save

Choose Data Range as All Time and Format as JSON. Tap Create File.

Click Start Export. Instagram will first ask you to enter your password to verify your identity. Once confirmed, Instagram will begin preparing your download. This process may take a few minutes.

After you receive Instagram's confirmation email, or after waiting approximately 20 minutes, go back to Step 4 in your settings. You will see a Download button appear, click it.

Once you receive the ZIP file, upload it to the Unfollow Checker.
